This page says what the Northstone Solar website collects and which services handle it. Updated October 21, 2026.
The consultation form
What you type into the form is emailed to Northstone through Resend, an email delivery service, and lands in Northstone’s Microsoft 365 mailbox. The website keeps no copy. Form answers are never sent to the measurement tools below. The form sets one short-lived cookie holding a signed timestamp, used only to reject automated submissions.
Measurement and advertising
Google Analytics counts visits and which pages are read, and records that a consultation request was sent, without the answers. Google Ads uses that count to measure its ads and may show Northstone ads to people who have visited this site. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, such as scrolling and clicks, with anything typed into a form masked. Each of these sets cookies and is governed by Google’s and Microsoft’s own privacy policies.
Bot protection and hosting
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a script, and sees the technical details of your browser to do so. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard access logs. Cloudinary serves the photographs.
Your choices
Blocking cookies in your browser stops the measurement tools and the site still works. To ask what Northstone holds from a request you sent, or to have it deleted, email info@northstonesolar.com.
